This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use Infantry Assault: WW2 Tactics (the “Game”). If you have questions, contact us at infantry.assault@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Account information

The Game creates an anonymous account when you play as a guest. You may instead sign in with Google or link a guest account to Google. Depending on your sign-in method, we process a Firebase user identifier and may receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Profile, social, and gameplay information

We store the nickname you choose, player rating and statistics, current and completed game information, game actions, friend connections, friend requests, and game invitations. Other players may see your nickname, rating, match status, and information needed to play a match with you.

Notifications and device information

If you enable notifications, we store a push-notification token and basic platform information so we can notify you about multiplayer turns, invitations, and other relevant game activity. Our service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, operating system, app version, and service logs to operate and secure the Game.

Purchases

Google Play or Apple processes your payment information. We use RevenueCat to receive purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement information, and a customer identifier so purchased content can be made available to your account. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• create and maintain your account and player profile;
• run multiplayer games, matchmaking, friends, and invitations;
• send requested gameplay notifications;
• provide purchases and restore unlocked content;
• protect the Game, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud data storage, backend functions, and push notifications; Google Sign-In for optional account sign-in; RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management; and Google Play or Apple for payment processing and app distribution. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and on our behalf where applicable.

Sale, advertising, and tracking

We do not sell your personal information. The Game does not currently contain third-party advertising, and we do not use your information for cross-app targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and gameplay information while your account is active and as needed to operate the Game. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing infantry.assault@gmail.com. We may retain de-identified match results, records required by law or for fraud prevention, and temporary backup copies until they are overwritten.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are below the minimum age at which they may consent to data processing in their country without parental authorization. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

Your choices and rights

You can decline notifications in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before completing it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required.
